This nylon water resistant windbreaker anorak jacket has waterproof nylon fabric. The Nylon exterior fabric is coated with a 100% water proof coating. Although considered water "resistant" due to possible water through seams in prolonged downpour, this jacket was put to the test on a recent 2 week excursion in the mountains. It passed with flying colors!
